Adélie Land
Adélie Land is a claimed territory in the continent of Antarctica. It stretches from a coastline area along the Great Southern Ocean back to the South Pole. The territory is claimed by France as one of five districts of the French Southern and Antarctic Lands, although not all nations have given it diplomatic recognition.

Adelieland
Adélieland (franz. Terre Adélie) ist der von Frankreich beanspruchte Teil der Antarktis. Diese Ansprüche sind jedoch international durch den auch von Frankreich unterzeichneten Antarktisvertrag ausgesetzt.

Terre Adélie
La Terre Adélie est une bande étroite de l'Antarctique, située entre environ 67° de latitude sud et le pôle Sud, et 136° 11’ et 142° 02’ de longitude est. La Terre Adélie couvre une superficie d'environ 432 000 km. Elle fait partie des terres australes et antarctiques françaises. Elle abrite les bases scientifiques Dumont-d'Urville, sur l'île des Pétrels, et Commandant-Charcot.

Adélieland
Terre Adélie (Adélieland) is een district van de Franse Zuidelijke en Antarctische Gebieden. Het is door de Franse verkenner Jules Dumont d'Urville naar zijn vrouw vernoemd en is sinds 1955 een overzees gebied van Frankrijk.
Verschillende landen erkennen overigens de Franse claim op Terre Adélie niet. Het Antarctisch Verdrag "bevriest" momenteel alle soevereiniteitsclaims op het continent.
Terre Adélie heeft een oppervlakte van ongeveer 500.000 km², waarvan 7781 km² land is. Dit gebied heeft geen inwoners, hoewel er ongeveer 100 onderzoekers verblijven (hun aantal schommelt echter per seizoen). Frankrijk baat het Dumont d'Urville Station uit op Terre Adélie.
