Walden's Hornbill
The Walden's Hornbill (Aceros waldeni), also known as the Visayan Wrinkled Hornbill, Rufous-headed Hornbill or Writhed-billed Hornbill, is a critically endangered species of hornbill living in the rainforests on the islands of Negros and Panay in the Philippines. It is closely related to the Writhed Hornbill, but can be recognized by the yellow throat and ocular skin in the male, and the blue throat and ocular skin in the female (both throat and ocular skin are deep orange or red in both sexes of the Writhed Hornbill). Its binomial name commemorates the Scottish ornithologist Viscount Walden.

Panayhornvogel
Der Panayhornvogel oder Korallenschnabel-Hornvogel (Aceros waldeni) ist eine Vogelart aus der Familie der Nashornvögel (Bucerotidae). Die Art ist auf den Philippinen endemisch und durch Lebensraumzerstörung und direkte Nachstellung vom Aussterben bedroht. Der Gesamtbestand der Art wurde 1998 auf 60-80 Brutpaare geschätzt.

Le calao de Walden (Aceros waldeni) , vivant au Philippines, est considéré comme gravement en danger. Les populations sont très réduites et fragmentées. Cette régression résulte de la perte de l'habitat constitué des forêts d'altitude moyenne et de la chasse.

Калао Валдена
Калао Валдена — вид птицы-носорога из рода азиатских калао. Обитает на Филиппинских островах Негрос и Панай.
Калао Валдена используют естественные дупла в деревьях для постройки своего гнезда. Этот вид находится под критической угрозой исчезновения. Калао Валдена очень медлено воспроизводят потомство и таким образом не выдерживают натиск охоты и вырубку леса. Предположительно этот вид вымер на острове Гимарас. В настоящее время популяция оценивается в размере менее чем 160 особей.
