Accumoli is a
comune (municipality) in the
Province of Rieti in the
Italian region
Latium, located about 110 km northeast of
Rome and about 45 km northeast of
Rieti. As of
31 December 2004, it had a population of 710 and an area of 87.2 km².The municipality of Accumoli contains the
frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Cassino, Cesaventre, Colleposta, Collespada, Fonte del Campo, Grisciano, Illica, Libertino, Macchia, Poggio Casoli, Poggio D'Api, Roccasalli, San Giovanni, Terracino, Tino, and Villanova.Accumoli borders the following municipalities:
Amatrice,
Arquata del Tronto,
Cittareale,
Norcia,
Valle Castellana.
