Eastern Spinebill

The Eastern Spinebill, Acanthorhynchus tenuirostris, is a species of honeyeater found in south-eastern Australia in forest and woodland areas, as well as gardens in urban areas of Sydney and Melbourne. It is around 15 cm long, and has a distinctive black, white and chestnut plumage, a red eye, and a long downcurved bill.

Le méliphage à bec grêle (Acanthorhynchus tenuirostris) est un passereau méliphage trouvé dans le sud-est de l'Australie. On le trouve dans les les bois clairsemés ainsi que dans les jardins de villes comme Sydney et Melbourne. Il mesure quinze centimètres de long et a un plumage noir, blanc et marron, un oeil rouge et un bec incurvé vers le bas caractéristique.
