Absurd est un groupe allemand de NSBM,RAC fondé en 1992. Ouvertement néo-nazi, le groupe est censuré dans de nombreux pays. Le clip de la chanson "Pesttanz" a fait scandale (le clip contient des images tirées du film Der Ewige Jude, un film antisémite de la propagande nazie). Le logo du groupe représentant une croix gammée fit également polémique. Beaucoup d'amateurs de Metal reconnaissent écouter le groupe sans partager des idées fascistes.
