Abadeh is a city in Fars province, Iran, situated at an elevation of 6200 feet in a fertile plain on the high road between Isfahan and Shiraz, 140 miles from the former and 170 miles from the latter. The population is 59,241 (est. 2007), showing a growth of 45 rom 1985 to 2005. The city is the capital of Abadeh County.
