Abaasy
The Abaasy (Abaaht or Abasy) (, cognate of the Turkic word albastı ) are demons of the underworld in the mythology of the Sakha (also known as the Yakuts). They are alleged to be the spirits of the long-time deceased who dwell near graves or in deserted places who otherwise travel about causing destruction. Either their entire body or just their teeth are made of iron. The abaasy travel in packs of seven. They serve Arson-Doulai, the ruler of the dead, who also swallows people' souls and gives the living diseases. The abaasy can be appeased by blood sacrifices. .
