ASSIST REQUEST

v. A command used to petition game staff for their attention for the purpose of resolving some sort of gameplay issue. You will usually use this when you suspect you have lost an item, silver, experience points or something else as a result of a game bug, or if you are having a conflict with another player that you think requires staff intervention. It should not be used to help with game puzzles, unless you have very good reason to suspect to puzzle in question is broken. The syntax for this command is ASSIST REQUEST, followed on the same line by a detailed description of what your issue is. You will be put on a queue and will have your assist answered by either a Game Host or Sage, who will attempt to resolve your issue, or refer you to a Game Master if the situation warrants it. If the situation is urgent, a REPORT along with your ASSIST REQUEST might be called for. The ASSIST command should not be used trivially, and abuse of the ASSIST command may result in a warning, suspension or permanent ban.
