They are detected as a blood test in a number of autoimmune disorders, but are particularly associated with systemic vasculitis, so called ANCA-associated vasculitides.

L'anca è lo scheletro osseo del bacino. È composta di due parti simmetriche, formate ciascuna tre ossa che si fondono tra loro abbastanza precocemente: ischio, ileo e osso pubico. In corrispondenza del pube le due parti controlaterali si articolano tramite una sinfisi.
