AIDS-RELATED CANCERS
Several cancers are more common or more aggressive in persons living with HIV. These malignancies include certain types of immune system cancers known as lymphomas<!-- (see) -->, Kaposi's Sarcoma<!-- (see) -->, and anogenital cancers that primarily affect the anus and the cervix. HIV, or the immune suppression it induces, appears to play a role in the development of these cancers.
