The Aché (also known by the hostile names Guayakí, Guaiaqui, Guoyagui, Guayaki, which literally mean rabid or ferocious rats; and the alternate spellings Ache or Axe meaning in their language human or person) are an indigenous people who lived in the subtropical forest of Eastern Paraguay as fulltime hunters until the 1970s, when they were confined to reservations. They have been the subject of anthropological research by Pierre Clastres.

Die Akee (Blighia sapida) gehört zu der Familie der Seifenbaumgewächse (Sapindaceae) und ist im tropischen Westafrika beheimatet. Sie wird auch Ackee, Aki oder Akipflaume genannt.Sie ist nah mit der Litchi (Litchi chinensis) und der Longan (Dimocarpus longan) verwandt. Der Baum ist immergrün, wird ca. 10 m hoch, hat einen kurzen Stamm und eine dichte Krone. Die Blätter sind lederig, 15-30 cm lang, paarig gefiedert, daran 3-5 Paar eiförmige, symmetrische Fiedern, 8-12 cm lang und 5-8 cm breit.

Ache è un disco di Foetus (che in questa occasione usa il nome You've Got Foetus On Your Breath pubblicato la prima volta nel 1982 dalla Self Immolation Records. La Thirsty Ear ristampò l'album in formato CD nel 1997 per il mercato statunitense. Entrambe le versioni vennero stampate in edizione limitata: solo 1.500 copie dell'LP e 4000 per il CD.
