ABD, also known as ABD-6 and ABC TV Darwin is a television station in Darwin in the Northern Territory, owned by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. The station was the first to go to air in Darwin, on August 13, 1971. Its studios are located in the inner city of Darwin, with a transmitter at Blake Street. The station is received throughout the territory through a number of relay transmitters, as well as by satellite on the Optus Aurora platform.
