69th Regiment Armory

The 69th Regiment Armory located at 68 Lexington Avenue, New York, New York, is a historical building completed in 1904. It housed the Armory Show in 1913, a watershed event where America was introduced to Modern Art. It still houses the U.S. 69th Infantry Regiment. After the September 11, 2001 attacks, the Armory served as a counselling center for the victims and families. The Armory also hosted some New York Knicks home games during the 1940's and 1950's.
