2001: A Space Travesty is a 2000 film starring actor Leslie Nielsen. It is a parody of 2001: A Space Odyssey. It is rated R due to its crude sexual humor. The movie has been featured in IMDB's bottom 100 list. The movie also has a resemblance to the Pink Panther movies, with the Clouseau-like (but American) Detective Dix.
