閏年
閏年（うるうどし、じゅんねん）は、暦と太陽または月の運行（季節の移り変わり）とのずれの補正（閏）が行われる年である。閏年でない年を平年と呼ぶ。通常、平年より日または月が1つ多く、その追加された日・月を、閏日・閏月、総称して閏と呼ぶ。閏の挿入規則を置閏法と呼ぶ。
