火
火是物質燃燒過程所產生的現象，散發出的光和熱是能量釋放的方式。火是一種強烈的氧化反應，必須有可燃物、燃點、氧化劑三項並存才能生火，缺一不可。火失控時，常常稱作失火或火災。根據質能守恆定律，火並沒有使被燃燒物消失，只是通過化學反應轉化了其分子型態。
