澳洲

澳大利亚（英文：Australia），全稱澳大利亞联邦（英文：Commonwealth of Australia）是全球地理面积第6大的国家，也是大洋洲最大的国家。澳大利亚所在的大陆是地球上最小的大陆，通常也稱為澳-{}-洲、澳-{}-洲大陸或澳-{}-大利亞大陸。东南方是紐西兰，北方有巴布亚新几内亚、西巴布亚和东帝汶。印度尼西亚位于澳大利亚的西北方。“澳-{}-大利亚”一词来自拉丁语中的“terra australis incognita”，意即“未知的南方大陆”。澳洲國土面積位居世界第六位，但其人口只有2100萬，是世界上人均擁有土地面積最多的國家之一，其在經濟方面亦是世界高度發達國家之一，國民擁有很高的生活水準，經濟發展主要依靠高度發達的能源以及畜牧業。
