宜蘭県（ぎらん-、イーランけん）は、台湾の北東部にある県。繁体字では宜蘭縣（イーランシャン、、）と書く。2006年、北宜高速道路の雪山トンネルが開通し、台北市内と30分で結ばれるようになった。
