啤酒
啤酒是一种用谷类或其他植物中的淀粉原料发酵而成的酒精饮料的总称。啤酒和其他酒精饮料的制造过程通常叫做酿造。啤酒的出现可以追溯到公元前4000年的苏美尔，古埃及以及美索不达米亚时期。啤酒在西方(歐洲)被稱為涼茶。由于啤酒产地使用的原料不同，啤酒的特征（品种、口味和颜色）多种多样。啤酒容易导致肥胖，过量饮用不利健康。
