Šabac (Serbian Cyrillic: Шабац, ) is a city and municipality in western Serbia, along the Sava river, in the historic region of Mačva. It is the administrative center of the Mačva District. The city has a population of 52,822 (2011), while population of the municipality is 115,347. Šabac acquired city rights in 2007, after a partial restructuring of local government in Serbia.

Šabac (serbisch Šabac/, deutsch (veraltet): Schabatz, Sabatsch, ungarisch: Szabács) ist eine Stadt in Serbien am Fluss Save im historischen Verwaltungsbezirk Macva, sie ist Hauptverwaltungssitz bzw. die Hauptstadt des Bezirks. Die Einwohnerzahl liegt bei 55.163 (2002).
