Shiva
Shiva (
IAST: , also spelled Siva; Hindi, Shiv) is one of the principal
deities of
Hinduism. Often called "the Destroyer", Shiva is one of the
Trimurti, along with Brahma the Creator and Vishnu the Preserver. Within
Shaivism he is viewed as the supreme deity, whereas in other branches of Hinduism such as the
Smarta tradition he is worshipped as one of five manifestations of the divine. Followers of Hinduism who focus their worship upon Shiva are called Shaivites or Shaivas (Sanskrit ). His role as the primary deity of Shaivism is reflected in his epithets ("great god"; = great + deva = god), ("great lord"; = great + = lord), and ("Supreme Lord"). Shaivism, along with traditions that focus on
Vishnu, and traditions that focus on the
goddess are three of the most influential denominations in Hinduism.

Simplified Individual Voluntary Arrangement
In the United Kingdom, a simplified IVA (SIVA) is a proposed new form of IVA (
Individual Voluntary Arrangement), which will be a formal alternative of clearing debt without being declared
bankrupt. The new regime is likely to have two tiers:Tier 1 will have an upper limit of £25-30,000, and Tier 2 a upper limit of £75,000. Also, the approval of an SIVA is likely to be based on a simple majority instead of the exiting 75%.It is not known when the new regime will become effective and the full technical details are still awaited.
