CeTin
Located in the town of
Bistriţa, Romania CeTin is a youth center that provides extracurricular activities for young people. It was started by
International Orthodox Christian Charities in partnership with the
Romanian Orthodox Church and the Bistrita Mayor's Office at City Hall. CeTin provides courses and activities for youth between 12 and 18 years of age foreign languages, mathematics, computer technology, art, sports, and dance. The Center targets at-risk kids aiming to provide them with opportunities to succeed in academics, cultural understanding and emotional expression. Onsite psychological and therapeutic services are also available.

Cetin
The fortress of Cetin is situated 5 km south of
Cetingrad above village of Podcetin. The time of foundation of Cetin is unfortunately still unknown. There are some indications that the settlement existed there in the times of the
Roman Empire. The parish of All Saints was first mentioned in 1334. In 1387 Cetin was donated to Ivan Krčki by king
Sigismund, Holy Roman Emperor and became the property of the
Frankopan family.
